LEOR Raised Access Floor is a steel cementitious floor by TEAM FLOORS available for standard applications as well as extra heavy duty applications. It provides an elevated structural floor above a solid substrate to create a hidden void for the passage of mechanical and electrical services.
The Panels : LEOR access floor panel is made of high quality deep stretch coil steel sheet punched, spotwelded and epoxy powder coated. Panels may be covered with a variety of flooring finishes to suit the application, such as carpet tiles, high-pressure laminates, marbles, ceramic and antistatic finishes for use in computer rooms. When using a panel with cement top surface the panels are sometimes left bare and sealed or stained to create a tile appearance and save the customer money.
The panel is available in various thickness of steel sheet according to the mechanical performance required. It is filled with foamed cement using a high pressured pump to ensure that cement mix reaches all corners of the panel. It can be installed with holes on the corners to be locked on dieformed head pedestal or it can be installed on rigid grid made by bolted stringers. Panel dimension is controlled with high precision ensuring the full interchange between panels and complete access under the floor.
Panel- Cementitious infill, steel welded sheet, corner lock hole in four corners, top tiles could be carpet, PVC tiles or other tiles as you like.
Pedestal- Die casting cross aluminum top, cross rubber gasket on top, steel structure as base, height could be 50mm- 1000mm.
Screws lock the panel corner and pedestal.
LEOR bare panels are suitable for all loose laying coverings which is installed directly on site ensuring high flexibility and giving clients freedom to choose the top finishing according to their needs. Bare panel is characterized by corner-lock holes and bare top steel sheet suitable for loose laying coverings such as carpet tile, vinyl or parquet. Bare panel can be corner locked to pedestal with steel die formed head or with steel flat head that guarantees high stability to the system even without stringers. Bare panel is powder coated in an epoxy paint finish that guarantees anti corrosion protection.
LEOR antistatic wood core access panel is made of high density chipboard. The top surface is stuck with high pressure laminate (HPL) or conductive PVC, the bottom is covered with aluminium foil or galvanized sheet. Four edges are sealed with black PVC edge trim.

LEOR calcium sulphate access panel is made of high strength calcium sulphate core. The top surface is stuck with HPL or PVC, the bottom is covered with aluminum foil or galvanized steel sheet. Four edges are sealed with black PVC edge trim.
LEOR access floor can be supplied with a antistatic HPL which offers excellent qualities, both functional and aesthetic. Its resistance to wear and vapour, its hygienic properties as well as its versatility makes it the ideal material for all applications where strength and design need to be combined.
The HPL protects individuals from voltage shorts that can occur with electrical equipment on an access floor and also creates an electrostatic discharge which helps in prevention of static electricity occurrence that can cause damage to the equipment.
HPL panel comes with conductive pvc edge trim. High pressure laminate is used in all computer room applications such as control rooms, technical rooms, data centers and communication centers.
LEOR Floor is available also with vinyl coverings with different electrical properties to minimize or eliminate the risk of electro static discharge .It is essential that the correct product is selected for the intended application.
Vinyl panel is characterized by static dissipative or conductive PVC and factory bonded with 2 mm thickness. Conductive PVC is recommended in sensitive work places to prevent electrostatic charges.
